Custom Front Embroidery

Your logo is embroidered on the front cuff for a durable, textured finish. The maximum imprint area is 4" W × 2" H, providing room for many business logos, organization names, team emblems, and simple promotional designs.

Choose up to four embroidery thread colors. Bold artwork, distinct shapes, and readable lettering generally produce the clearest results. Very small text, gradients, shadows, photographs, and fine details may require modification before embroidery.

The authentic Wolverine® label is sewn on the left side of the hat. When viewed from the front, its position complements the custom embroidery while preserving the product’s recognizable branded appearance.

Quantity and Setup Information

Order quantities are available from 12 to 500 hats. The 12-piece minimum makes this product suitable for smaller crews, while higher quantities support company-wide uniform programs, events, promotions, and merchandise campaigns.

A $35 setup charge applies to the order. Additional artwork-preparation charges may apply if the submitted design requires extensive rebuilding or modification before embroidery.

Submit clear, high-quality artwork with your order. Vector artwork is preferred because it allows the logo to be prepared accurately for embroidery.

For the best embroidery result:

• Convert fonts to outlines when submitting vector artwork.

• Use solid colors instead of gradients or transparent effects.

• Avoid extremely small text and thin lines.

• Remove photographs, shadows, and complex background textures.

• Keep the design within the 4" W × 2" H imprint area.

• Limit the artwork to four embroidery thread colors.

• Indicate preferred thread colors when submitting the order.

A cutting bleed is not required for embroidery artwork.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Your artwork will be reviewed before production. If the design includes small text, thin lines, excessive detail, unsupported effects, unclear colors, or elements that may not embroider cleanly, we will contact you before proceeding.

A digital proof will be sent by email before production. Carefully review:

• Logo artwork

• Spelling and wording

• Embroidery placement

• Imprint dimensions

• Thread colors

• Hat color

• Quantity

• Overall layout

Production begins only after the digital proof has been approved.

Production Time

Standard production requires approximately 5–7 business days after artwork and proof approval. Production time does not include artwork preparation, proofing delays, weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Orders requiring artwork changes or delayed proof approval may take longer. Availability may also vary according to quantity and current production capacity.
