30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests for both defective and eligible non-customized products within 30 days of order delivery or local store pickup.

  • All returns must be requested and initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your package.

  • Returns are completely free of charge for defective items, or items containing printing errors caused by our facility.

  • Once your return is received at our facility and verified, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee – First-Time Retail Customers

If you are a first-time retail customer or are reporting an initial structural issue with a new product line, we provide a premium, one-time 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your print results, and the product order subtotal is up to $100, you may return the item for a full refund or a complete reprint.

  • You must notify our team within 30 days of receiving your shipment to invoke this guarantee.

  • This satisfaction policy uniquely covers minor layout adjustments or file errors made inadvertently by you, including:

    • Uploading an incorrect graphic or artwork file.

    • Typos or spelling mistakes present in your submitted layouts.

    • Incorrect color mode profiles (such as RGB files) or low-resolution image settings.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your printed product arrives structurally defective, transit-damaged, or non-conforming to your approved digital proof, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once our team verifies the production issue, we will immediately arrange one of the following remedies:

  1. Reprint the Order: We will reprint your job at absolute zero additional cost to you, utilizing expedited delivery processing.

  2. Issue a Full Refund: We will issue a 100% refund covering the product cost, applicable sales taxes, and all shipping fees paid during checkout.

  • To Qualify: For security and quality control verification, you may be asked to provide photo documentation of the defect, or return the items to our facility. If a physical return of a defective order is requested, Link Printers will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense.

Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Production: You may cancel an order for a 100% full refund at any time before your job formally enters our automated production or printing queue. Please contact us immediately by phone or email to request a cancellation.

  • In-Production: Because our items are entirely custom-tailored to unique dimensions and proprietary client graphics, once an order is formally approved and enters physical production, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

  • Administrative Cancellation: If an order requires file corrections or structural approval and you fail to respond to our design verification notifications within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the pending order and issue a full refund to your payment method.

Important Refund Processing Notes

  • Printed items returned to our facility without prior written support team approval or requested outside of our standard 30-day window will not be eligible for credit processing.

  • Approved refunds are systematically cleared and returned directly to your original credit card or digital payment method. Financial institutions typically take 7–10 business days to reflect the credit on your account statement.
