At Link Printers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent, hassle-free return and exchange process with 100% free return shipping and zero restocking fees on all eligible items.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated and approved by our support team before shipping the product back.

Return Method & Free Return Shipping

  • Return Method: By mail via UPS Ground.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free ($0.00). Link Printers covers all return shipping costs for both defective items and standard customer returns.

  • Return Label: Upon return approval, we will email you a prepaid, downloadable UPS Ground return shipping label. Simply download, print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized UPS drop-off location or UPS Store.

Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fee ($0.00): We do not charge any restocking, handling, or processing fees on returned or exchanged products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement/reprint, process an exchange, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Once your return package is delivered to our facility and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
