Uploaded artwork is reviewed within 24 hours. If the file contains low-resolution graphics, small details, thin strokes, unsupported effects, or other embroidery concerns, we will contact you before production.

Embroidery Digitization and Tape Charge

Submitted artwork must be converted into a machine-readable embroidery file before stitching. This process determines stitch direction, density, sequence, underlay, and thread changes.

A one-time $35 embroidery tape charge applies to qualifying orders below 24 units. The tape charge is waived on orders of 24 or more. If the same approved digitized design is used again, additional digitization requirements may depend on the artwork, placement, and product configuration.

Production and Turnaround

Standard production takes approximately 5–7 business days after artwork and digital proof approval. Art preparation and shipping transit time are not included in the production estimate.

Production timing may vary according to:

The stated turnaround applies to standard orders within the supported quantity range. Production does not begin until the artwork and digital proof have been approved.

Digital Proof Approval

Color Notice

Colors displayed on monitors and mobile devices may differ from the finished product. Minor variations may occur in the hat, scarf, contrasting stripes, and embroidery threads because of screen settings, material batches, dye lots, and manufacturing tolerances.

If brand-color consistency is important, include the appropriate color references with your artwork. Available embroidery threads will be matched as closely as reasonably possible.
