These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Link Printers Inc. website at linkprinters.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services from Link Printers Inc. (“Link Printers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through the Site.
If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Link Printers.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Material or production limitations
- Inability to fulfill the requested specifications
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for production.
If Link Printers cancels an order after payment has been processed, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Custom Products
All products offered by Link Printers are custom-made according to the customer's selected specifications and submitted artwork.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, quantities, sizes, materials, finishes, and other selections before placing an order.
Product availability, specifications, pricing, and other information may change from time to time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars.
Applicable taxes and other charges will be applied where required or stated at checkout.
Payment must be made according to the payment options available for the order.
Link Printers may review orders for billing, payment verification, security, or fraud-prevention purposes before production.
For approved business customers, alternative payment arrangements may be available subject to separate terms agreed with Link Printers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Link Printers ships custom-made products within the United States.
Our standard shipping service is:
Carrier: UPS
Service: UPS Ground
Shipping Cost: Free
Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
After production is completed and an order is handed to the carrier, delivery estimates are provided by the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective products only.
For a qualifying defective product or confirmed production error, Link Printers provides either:
- A full refund, or
- A reprint of the affected product
Exchanges are not offered.
Returns are not accepted for issues that are not caused by a product defect or production error, including change of mind, customer preference, incorrect product selection, incorrect size or quantity, customer-provided information or artwork errors, or errors contained in customer-approved proofs.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations
Because products are custom-made, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
An order that has already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
Please contact us promptly if you need to request a cancellation.
8. Artwork and Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork and proofs before production.
This includes checking spelling, text, images, colors, layout, dimensions, contact information, and other order details.
Errors originating from customer-provided artwork or customer-approved proofs are not considered production defects.
Minor differences between digital displays and printed colors may occur due to differences between screens and printing processes.
9. Customer Content and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, and other materials submitted to Link Printers.
By submitting content for production, you authorize Link Printers to use that content as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, and fulfill your order.
You retain ownership of your submitted artwork and content.
The text, graphics, layouts, logos, and other materials belonging to Link Printers or its licensors remain their respective property and may not be used without permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Prohibited Content
Link Printers may decline an order containing content that:
- Violates applicable law
- Infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights
- Is fraudulent or deceptive
- Contains unlawful or prohibited material
Customers are responsible for the content they submit for production.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to the terms stated at the time they are offered.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Any specific shipping promotion or discount will be governed by the terms displayed with that offer.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other website information current.
However, information on the Site may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
We may correct errors, update information, change pricing, or modify product availability when necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Link Printers Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Our liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater amount is required by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or infringement of another person's rights through content you submit to Link Printers, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices, services, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be subject to the applicable state or federal courts with jurisdiction in New York.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
