If an order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Order confirmation emails do not guarantee final acceptance.

We strive to ensure the absolute accuracy of product details including prices, descriptions, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that all information is entirely error-free.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges unless otherwise noted.

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and checks (for approved corporate or returning customers only).

Sales tax is charged where applicable unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is provided prior to production.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer reliable shipping across the United States.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we work diligently to meet these timelines, standard production and shipping times are estimated and not strictly guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, severe weather, or unforeseen transit circumstances.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@linkprinters.com. We will actively work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue by arranging a replacement or store credit.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Missing, incorrect, or incomplete addresses may result in carrier delivery failures or additional rerouting fees.

6. Returns & Refunds
We are committed to customer satisfaction and accept returns or request reprints for both defective and eligible non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in their original packaging. Custom-printed, tailored, or personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind unless a defect or printing error is present.

Defective or Incorrect Orders: If there is a manufacturing or technical error caused entirely by Link Printers (e.g., printing mistake, structural defect), we will reprint and reship the order at no cost to you, or issue a full refund. For verification, you may be asked to provide photo documentation or return the product using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.

Non-Defective Returns: Eligible standard, non-customized items may be returned within 30 days at the customer’s shipping expense.

Refund Process: Refunds apply to the core printing cost. Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they enter the processing or production stage. Once an order is formally approved for printing or is already in physical production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. 8. Proofs, Revisions, and Production

You are solely responsible for final artwork proof approval. We are not liable for spelling, grammar, structural layout, or design errors once a file has been formally approved by the customer.

The first digital proof is provided free of charge; file replacements submitted after the initial proof processing may incur a $30 handling fee per file.

Minor color variations may occur due to digital screen differences versus physical CMYK printing processes. Pantone colors will be converted to the closest available CMYK equivalent.
9. User Content & Intellectual Property
You are solely responsible for any content, artwork, or corporate files you upload or submit. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the explicit legal right to use and reproduce such content.

It does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright protections.

It is not obscene, libelous, or illegal.
We reserve the right to reject printing content that explicitly violates these safety and legal standards. All generic content, site layouts, and graphics on our Site are the property of Link Printers Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Promotions, Coupons & Free Shipping

Promotional offers and coupon codes are limited-time offers and valid for single-use unless specified.

Offers may not be combined with other active discounts.

Free shipping offers apply to specific order threshold totals or specific products as detailed at the time of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Link Printers Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from website errors or carrier transit delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the actual price paid by you for the specific product or service ordered.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Link Printers Inc., its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal damages arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party copyrights via uploaded files.
13. Modification of Terms

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York City, NY.
