All orders are produced according to the customer's selected product specifications and submitted artwork.

3. Production and Shipping
Because our products are custom-made, orders must be completed in production before they are shipped.
Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Once an order has completed production and is handed to the carrier, the carrier's delivery estimate applies.
Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimated, not guaranteed.
4. Tracking
Tracking information may be provided after an order has been shipped and is available from the carrier.
Customers can use the tracking information to check the shipment status.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before the order is shipped.
An incorrect or incomplete address may result in a delivery delay or the shipment being returned by the carrier.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Link Printers with your order number and details about the issue.
We will review the situation and provide assistance based on the circumstances.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective products only.
For a qualifying defective product or confirmed production error, Link Printers provides either a full refund or a reprint of the affected product.
Exchanges are not offered.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
