Shipping Policy

At Link Printers, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and fast shipping. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our production timelines, transit options, and delivery terms.

Order Cutoff, Production & Operating Hours

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
Production / Handling Time: Standard production typically takes 1 to 4 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on custom product specifications and proofs approval. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET or over the weekend will begin production processing the next business day.
Transit Time: Carrier transit begins immediately once fabrication and packaging are complete.

Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)

Free UPS Standard Shipping: We offer Free UPS Ground/Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to physical addresses within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).
Transit Time: 1 to 6 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available for an additional carrier-calculated flat rate at checkout.
Economy / Standard Transit: Approximately 6 to 8 business days following production.

Expedited Shipping Options

If you need your order faster, premium expedited shipping upgrades can be selected at checkout:

UPS Express: 1–2 business days transit after production.
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day transit after production.

(Note: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and are not covered under free standard shipping promotions.)

Free Local Store Pickup

Local pickup is 100% Free at our Bronx printing facility.
You will receive an automated email as soon as your order is packaged and ready for collection.

International Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United States and do not ship to international destinations or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking Your Shipment

All orders include full door-to-door tracking. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Defective Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, is lost by the carrier, or has a printing defect:

Contact us within 30 days at info@linkprinters.com or 347-892-1248 with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will immediately manage the carrier claim and provide a free expedited reprint/replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
