Our website allows customers to browse products, submit artwork, request quotes, place custom orders, and communicate with us regarding printing and signage services.

3. Custom Products and Orders
Products available through Link Printers are custom-made according to the customer's selected specifications and submitted artwork.
Product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, production information, and availability may change from time to time.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Link Printers has accepted the order. We may review an order before beginning production.
4. Customer Artwork and Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, and other materials submitted to Link Printers.
By submitting artwork or other content for production, you authorize Link Printers to use that content as reasonably necessary to process, produce, and fulfill your order.
You retain ownership of your submitted artwork and content. This authorization does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Link Printers.
5. Proofs and Customer Approval
When a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the proof and confirming that the information and design are correct before production.
This includes checking spelling, text, images, colors, dimensions, contact information, layout, and other order details.
Errors contained in customer-provided artwork or customer-approved proofs are not considered production defects.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
Payment must be received according to the payment terms applicable to the order.
Link Printers may review orders for payment, billing, security, or fraud-prevention purposes before production.
Applicable sales tax and other charges will be applied where required.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because our products are custom-made, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective products only.
For a qualifying defective product or confirmed production error, Link Printers provides either:
- A full refund, or
- A reprint of the affected product
Exchanges are not offered.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, customer preference, incorrect ordering, customer-provided artwork errors, customer-approved proof errors, or other issues that are not caused by a product defect or production error.

8. Shipping
Shipping is available within the United States.
Standard shipping is provided by UPS Ground at no additional shipping charge.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Shipping begins after the custom order has completed production and is handed to the carrier.

9. Intellectual Property
The Link Printers website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Link Printers Inc. unless otherwise stated.
