These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through Link Printers Inc. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Custom Products

All products sold by Link Printers Inc. are custom-made according to the customer's selected specifications and submitted artwork.

Product options, sizes, quantities, materials, finishes, and other specifications must be reviewed by the customer before placing an order.

2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Product selections
• Quantities
• Sizes and specifications
• Shipping information
• Contact information
• Artwork and files
• Other information required to complete the order

An order is subject to review and acceptance by Link Printers Inc. before production begins.

3. Artwork and Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork and any proof provided before approving production.

Customers should carefully check:

• Spelling and text
• Images and graphics
• Colors
• Layout
• Dimensions
• Contact information
• Other design and order details

Once artwork or a proof has been approved, customer-provided errors are not considered production defects.

4. Production

Production begins after the order has been accepted and the required artwork and information have been received.

Production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork, and order requirements.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on the website are subject to change.

Payment must be completed according to the payment options available at checkout or provided for the order.

Applicable sales tax will be charged where required.

Link Printers may review an order before production for payment verification, billing information, security, or fraud prevention.

6. Shipping

Link Printers ships custom-made products within the United States.

Standard shipping is provided by:

• Carrier: UPS
• Service: UPS Ground
• Shipping Cost: Free

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping begins after production is completed and the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective products only.

If a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly produced by Link Printers, the available resolution is:

• A full refund, or
• A reprint of the affected product

Exchanges are not offered.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Customer preference
• Incorrect product selection
• Incorrect size or quantity ordered
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Customer-provided spelling or typing errors
• Customer-provided artwork errors
• Errors in customer-approved proofs
• Products that are no longer needed
• Changes requested after production has started

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact Link Printers as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order.

Because all products are custom-made, an order that has already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.

10. Customer-Submitted Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, and other materials submitted for production.

By submitting content to Link Printers, the customer authorizes us to use it as necessary to produce and fulfill the order.

11. Prohibited Content

Link Printers reserves the right to decline orders containing content that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.

We may also decline orders involving fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited content.

12. Order Issues

If you believe an order has a defect or production error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or information.

We will review the issue and determine whether it qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
