These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern all services and products (collectively, "Link Printers Services") offered by Link Printers Inc. ("Link Printers," "we," "us," or "our") through our website located at https://linkprinters.com (this "Site"). In addition, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated into these Terms of Sale by this reference. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH LINK PRINTERS.

Binding Effect

BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH LINK PRINTERS, YOU AGREE, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SALE, WHICH WE MAY UPDATE FROM TIME TO TIME CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE LAW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SALE, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH US.

General

All products and services are subject to availability. Prices, products, services, materials, templates, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. You are responsible for all orders placed using your account credentials. Orders must be accepted by Link Printers, and we may decline any order at our sole discretion, even after issuing a confirmation email. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to decline printing content that includes adult material, clear copyright infringement without permission, discriminatory language, or fraudulent designs. You must not use our service for illegal activities or to infringe on third-party rights. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and while we work diligently to meet deadlines, production schedules can vary based on proof approval speed.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By submitting an order, you confirm you are legally authorized to enter into purchase agreements. Minors may only use our services under the explicit supervision of a parent or guardian.

Order Approval

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving your final digital proof and layout before printing. This includes checking spelling, grammar, orientation, size, and design details. Link Printers is not liable for errors in the finished product that were present in the customer-approved proof.

Overages and Shortages

Due to the nature of commercial print production processes, final delivered quantities may vary slightly. An overage or shortage of up to 5% is considered standard in the custom printing industry. We will issue a proportional refund or store credit for shortages that exceed 5% of your ordered quantity.

User Content

You are fully responsible for any content you upload or provide. You may not submit unlawful, obscene, threatening, libelous, or infringing material. We reserve the right to remove or reject any User Content that violates safety standards and are not responsible for permanently preserving your digital design files. We advise keeping a backup copy of all submitted content.

Design & Logo Services

Design and logo projects must be formally approved before moving into final print production. Link Printers is not responsible for delays in design or printing due to customer revisions or missed deadlines. Major design layout revisions requested after final design approval may require a new order or a modification fee.

All concept drafts will be delivered in a preview layout format. You have four (4) business days to request standard revisions. Final source files are delivered upon project completion and full contract settlement. By utilizing our custom design services, you grant Link Printers a royalty-free license to display the final physical printed result solely for portfolio and promotional use.

Customer Artwork

Artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode at 300–350 DPI for optimal clarity. We are not responsible for unexpected color shifts caused by incorrect file formats (such as web-only RGB files), low-resolution images, or unflattened font layers. Additional processing requirements may apply for individual artwork files larger than 30MB.

Color Matching & Proofing

We offer digital proofs to help you review your layouts prior to physical production. We are not responsible for minor color variations due to digital monitor color differences or automated RGB-to-CMYK conversions. Saved digital proofs will remain accessible for up to three (3) months. Pantone colors will be converted to the closest available CMYK equivalent. High Gloss UV coatings and uncoated paper stocks can inherently affect final color appearance.

Gang Run Printing

We may combine multiple printing jobs onto a single print run to keep retail pricing affordable. Because of this shared production method, absolute perfection in color matching and cutting alignment across multiple separate orders is not guaranteed, though it will fall within strict commercial industry tolerances.

Payment

Orders will not move into the production phase without settled, full payment. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and checks (not accepted for first-time customers). Orders over $1,000 may require an ID verification check to protect against card fraud. You authorize Link Printers to charge your selected payment method for your purchases and any associated design options.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied at checkout where legally mandated, unless you submit a valid resale or tax exemption certificate to our team for approval prior to production processing.

Proof Revisions & Fees

Your initial digital proof processing is provided free of charge. Replacing or swapping your artwork files after the first proof has already been prepared and delivered may result in an automated file reprocessing fee of up to $30 per file.

Coupons & Free Shipping

Coupon codes are single-use and cannot be stacked or combined with other active site promotions. Free shipping promotions apply to specific order subtotal thresholds or specific product lines as detailed at the time of publication.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We are committed to delivering high-quality custom printing. We accept returns or offer reprints for both defective and eligible non-customized products within 30 days of physical delivery.

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If there is a clear manufacturing or printing error caused entirely by Link Printers, we will immediately reprint and reship your order at no additional cost to you, or process a full refund. To verify the issue, you may be asked to upload photos of the defect or return the item using a prepaid shipping label provided entirely at our expense.

  • Non-Defective Returns: Standard, non-customized stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition at the customer's shipping expense. Custom-printed or personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind once production is finalized.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before they enter physical production or printing processing. Once an order is formally in production, it can no longer be canceled or modified. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@linkprinters.com or call 347-892-1248.

Order Pickup

Local pickup orders must be collected from our facility within 30 days of completion notification. Unclaimed orders past 30 days will be discarded due to storage limitations. A valid order confirmation number and identification signature are required at the time of collection.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer transit services across the United States. While estimated delivery dates provided at checkout represent our standard operational timelines, they are estimates and not legally binding guarantees.

  • In the event that a package is lost, severely delayed, or damaged by the carrier during transit, please contact our support team at info@linkprinters.com. We will actively take responsibility for filing a formal claim with the carrier and resolve the issue by providing a replacement shipment or account credit.

  • Orders will be shipped directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be rerouted or re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

International Orders

International orders may occasionally be subject to regional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes administered by the destination country. The importing customer is responsible for clearing these local regulatory charges. Delivery times and tracking metrics vary by destination country.

Safety Notice

Certain commercial products (such as metal signs or heavy displays) feature rigid materials and may contain sharp edges; please handle them with appropriate caution. Our standard labels and adhesive stickers are not certified for direct food contact or internal food packaging applications.
