For a clean embroidered result:

A traditional printing bleed is not required for embroidery. Your design will be digitized into stitches and scaled to fit within the maximum embroidery area.

Artwork Digitization

Digitization converts your logo or design into an embroidery machine stitch file. During this process, stitch direction, density, sequence, underlay, and other technical settings are prepared for the cap fabric.

Digitization is included in the product price. Minor adjustments may be made to improve clarity and embroidery performance. Any visible design changes will be presented on the digital proof before production.

Artwork Review and Digital Proofing

Submitted artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours. The review evaluates:
