Artwork and File Preparation

Prepare your artwork according to the following guidelines:

• Create the design at the intended print dimensions whenever possible.

• Use approximately 300 DPI for raster artwork at final size.

• Submit a transparent-background PNG when no rectangular background should be printed.

• Use AI, EPS, or vector PDF for logos, typography, and vector illustrations.

• Convert fonts to outlines before submitting vector files.

• Preserve transparency when required.

• Use high-resolution images with clean edges.

• Avoid tiny text and excessively fine details.

• Keep each design within the 10" H × 15" W maximum imprint area.

• Maximum upload size is 75 MB.

• Accepted file types include EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF.

A 0.125" cutting bleed is not required for standard DTG garment printing. Artwork should be prepared to fit within the specified imprint area rather than extend beyond a trim line.

If your file exceeds 75 MB, export a properly sized high-resolution PNG or JPG, or contact us for another available transfer method.

Artwork Review and Digital Proofing

Your submitted artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours. The review may identify concerns involving:

• Low resolution

• Incorrect artwork dimensions

• Missing transparency

• Weak color contrast

• Fine details

• Placement limitations

• Garment compatibility

• Missing fonts or linked images

• Front-and-back file identification

A digital proof will be emailed before production. Review the artwork, spelling, colors, placement, dimensions, garment colors, sizes, quantity, and print-side selections carefully before approving it.

Production Information

Production begins after the artwork and digital proof have been approved. The applicable turnaround time will depend on the selected quantity and printing configuration and should be confirmed with the order specifications.

Artwork preparation, proof revisions, weekends, holidays, and shipping transit are not included in the production period.
