Artwork and File Preparation

Prepare your artwork according to the following requirements:

• Include a 0.125" bleed on every side where the design extends to the trimmed edge.

• Keep logos, text, QR codes, borders, and other essential content safely inside the trim area.

• Use high-resolution images for clear printed reproduction.

• Prepare color artwork in CMYK mode for more predictable results.

• Convert or embed fonts before submitting vector or PDF artwork.

• Accepted formats: EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. You may also export suitable artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce the file size.

When production is complete, your order will be shipped, and tracking information will be provided when available.

If We Find an Issue

Our prepress team reviews submitted artwork within 24 hours. If the file requires correction or clarification, we will contact you before production so the issue can be resolved.

Before final production, you will receive a digital proof by email for approval. Carefully review the shape, size, spelling, wording, images, colors, QR codes, cut alignment, borders, layout, and all other design details. Production begins after the proof has been approved.

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 4–6 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the selected delivery service and destination.
