Artwork and Embroidery Guidelines

Prepare your artwork according to the following requirements:

• Submit vector artwork in AI, EPS, or vector PDF format whenever possible.

• Convert all fonts to outlines.

• High-resolution PSD, JPG, and PNG files may also be reviewed.

• Use solid colors instead of gradients, transparency, or photographic effects.

• Avoid extremely small text, thin lines, and highly intricate details.

• Identify the desired left- or right-chest placement.

• Specify up to four preferred thread colors.

• Keep the design within the 4" H × 4" W maximum imprint area.

• Maximum upload size is 75 MB.

Embroidery does not require a 0.125" cutting bleed. Artwork must instead fit safely within the specified embroidery area.

Your submitted file will be reviewed within 24 hours. If digitizing, simplification, resizing, or another adjustment is required, we will contact you before production.

Digital Proof Approval

Before embroidery begins, a digital proof will be emailed for approval. Carefully review:

Production Information

Your order enters production after the artwork, garment selections, and digital proof have been approved. The applicable turnaround will depend on the selected quantity and production schedule and should be confirmed with the final order specifications.

Artwork preparation, digitizing, proof revisions, weekends, holidays, and shipping transit are not included in the production period.
