Custom Saddle-Stitched Booklet Printing
Saddle-stitched booklets provide a practical and professional format for content that needs more room than a flyer, brochure, or folded handout. Printed sheets are folded, arranged in the correct sequence, and stapled through the center fold to create an easy-to-read multi-page publication.
This construction is especially effective for children’s storybooks, product catalogs, event programs, company profiles, short magazines, educational materials, portfolios, and annual reports. Pages turn naturally, while the center-stapled binding keeps the content organized in a familiar booklet format.
Choose 5.5" × 8.5" for compact publications that are convenient to carry and distribute. The 6" × 9" size provides a familiar book-style proportion suited to stories, guides, and editorial content. Select 8.5" × 11" when layouts require more room for photographs, charts, product details, schedules, or presentation graphics.
Interior-paper selection affects both appearance and reading experience. Gloss stocks strengthen color and image contrast, while matte and uncoated papers reduce glare and support comfortable reading. Cover options range from an economical self-cover to heavier 100 lb. gloss or matte cover stocks that add structure and help distinguish the exterior from the interior pages.
