Printing, Pockets and Business Card Slits

Choose full-color outside printing with a blank inside for a clean and straightforward folder, or select full-color printing on both the outside and inside for expanded branding and messaging.

Pocket configurations allow you to organize different types of inserts, while optional business card slits hold a standard 2" × 3.5" card in place. Review the available product selections when ordering to choose the configuration that fits your materials.

High Gloss UV coating is applied to the outside only when 14 pt. Gloss Cover is selected. The coating increases shine and helps protect the printed surface, but coated areas are not suitable for writing or additional printing.

Artwork and File Preparation

Upload print-ready artwork with a 0.125" bleed. Accepted formats include EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF, with a maximum upload size of 75 MB. If your file is larger than 75 MB, contact Link Printers for an FTP upload link or export the design as a high-quality JPG or PNG.

Presentation folders are printed flat before being folded and assembled. Artwork placed on the pocket panels must appear upside down in the flat production file so it displays correctly when the pockets are folded into the finished folder. Keep important text and graphics away from trim lines, folds, pocket edges, and business card slits. Use text measuring at least 10 pt. to support readability.
