File Review and Digital Proof

Uploaded files are reviewed within 24 hours for common production concerns, including:

• Incorrect dimensions or aspect ratio

• Possible print-quality concerns

Before production, you will receive a digital proof by email. Carefully review the image crop, orientation, colors, text, spelling, dimensions, and layout before approving it.

A digital proof is intended to confirm layout and content. Colors displayed on a monitor may not precisely represent the final printed output.

Production Time

Standard production requires 2–4 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.

Production time may begin on the next business day when approval is received after the daily processing cutoff. Weekends, holidays, artwork corrections, and delayed proof approval may extend the completion date.
