Rectangular sizes may be produced in either orientation:

The 12" × 12" option requires a square composition. Rectangular artwork may need to be cropped substantially to fit this format.

• Preferred color mode: CMYK

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG

File Review and Digital Proof

Uploaded artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours for common production concerns, including:

• Incorrect dimensions

• Missing or substituted fonts

• Potential print-quality issues

Before production, a digital proof will be emailed for approval. Carefully review:

A digital proof confirms content and layout. It is not an exact color-calibrated representation of the finished metal print. Screens produce color with light, while printed products reflect ambient light, so some variation should be expected.

Production Time

Standard production requires 2–4 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.

Production time may begin on the following business day when proof approval is received after the daily processing cutoff. Weekends, holidays, artwork corrections, and delayed approval may extend the completion date.
