Description

Custom Folded Brochure Printing

Present your products, services and business information with custom folded brochure printing from Link Printers. Printed in full color on both sides, these brochures organize your content into panels that readers can explore at their own pace. Choose from three flat sizes, gloss or matte paper, and five folding styles for business promotions, service guides, hospitality materials and event handouts, with quantities from 100 to 50,000.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Full-color printing on both sides: Coordinate photographs, graphics and branding across the exterior and interior panels.

  • Three flat sizes: Select the space you need for a concise introduction or a more detailed presentation.

  • Five folding options: Arrange your content around a simple overview, sequential information or multiple sections.

  • Gloss and matte paper choices: Match the surface finish and paper weight to your imagery and reading requirements.

  • Convenient folded format: Present several sections of information in a piece customers can carry, display or keep for reference.

  • Quantities from 100 to 50,000: Support a local promotion, individual event or larger distribution campaign.

  • Digital proof before printing: Review content, panel placement and folding orientation before approving production.

Turn Your Information into an Organized Presentation

A folded brochure gives each part of your message its own space. Introduce your business on the cover, explain products or services inside, and place contact information where readers can find it easily. This structure helps customers explore your offering without fitting every detail onto a single crowded page.

Choose the flat size according to the amount of content and the intended layout. The 8.5" × 11" option suits general business brochures and service summaries. The longer 8.5" × 14" format provides additional room for pricing, schedules or supporting details. For larger photographs, maps and more extensive presentations, 11" × 17" offers a broader design area.

Paper selection also shapes the finished brochure. Gloss stocks complement photography and colorful graphics, while matte text provides a less reflective surface for reading. The heavier 100 lb. Gloss Book option adds a more substantial feel compared with 80 lb. Gloss Book.

Plan your content around the fold before completing the artwork. Covers, interior sections and reverse panels need to appear in the correct order when the brochure is opened. Some folds require unequal panel widths, so the selected template should guide your layout.

Folding Options

Fold Layout and Practical Use
Half Fold / Bi-Fold One fold creates four printable panels for company introductions, menus and event programs.
Tri-Fold Six printable panels help separate services, benefits, supporting details and contact information.
Z-Fold Alternating folds suit connected graphics, timelines, maps and information presented in sequence.
G-Fold An additional folding option for sectioned content; use its specific template to plan panel placement.
Roll Fold Panels fold inward in sequence, supporting progressively revealed information and detailed service guides.

Ideal Uses and Applications

Custom folded brochures work well as sales handouts, company introductions, product guides and service menus. Real estate businesses can present property photographs and details, while hotels and tourism organizations can share amenities, maps and visitor information. They also provide a practical format for event programs, patient information, school materials and nonprofit outreach.

Artwork and File Preparation

Prepare your artwork using the template for your selected size and fold. Include 0.125" bleed on outer edges where artwork extends to the trim, and keep important text, logos and QR codes clear of trim edges and fold lines.

Accepted formats are EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG and PDF, with a maximum upload size of 75 MB. Contact Link Printers for an FTP upload link if your file exceeds this limit. AI and PSD templates are available on request; provide your order number, brochure size and folding style.

Your file will be reviewed within 24 hours, and a digital proof will be emailed before production. Check spelling, images, panel order and folding orientation carefully before approval.
