Drilled holes measure approximately 0.40" in diameter and are positioned approximately 0.375" from the nearest edge.

Hole placement may be adjusted to accommodate curved edges and specialty contours. Keep logos, text, borders, QR codes, and other critical elements away from all drilling areas. Confirm the exact positions on the digital proof before production.

Accessory Option

Command Strips are intended for qualifying indoor walls and compatible smooth surfaces. Suitability depends on the sign’s size, thickness, finished weight, mounting surface, and surrounding conditions.

Confirm the manufacturer’s weight rating and surface requirements before installation. Follow all application and removal instructions. Do not use adhesive strips for exterior, overhead, safety-critical, or incompatible installations.

Artwork and Print-Ready File Requirements

Prepare your artwork according to the following guidelines:

• Include a 0.125" bleed beyond the finished contour cut line.

• Keep important text, logos, and graphics at least 0.25" inside the cut line.

• Keep critical content at least 0.5" away from drilled-hole locations.

• Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode.

• Use properly sized, high-resolution images.

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

• Label front and back files clearly for double-sided orders.

• Provide a clearly identified vector cut path when required.

• Contact us for an FTP upload link if your file exceeds 75 MB.

• Exporting artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG may reduce its file size.

• AI and PSD templates are available upon request. Include your order number and product type when requesting a template.
