Custom-Shape Corrugated Plastic Signs – 4mm Printed Boards

Create memorable indoor and outdoor displays with custom-shape corrugated plastic signs. Made from lightweight 4mm white corrugated plastic, these signs feature vibrant full-color front printing and are available in conventional, rounded, geometric, directional, and property-themed shapes. Choose from multiple sizes, optional hole drilling, and affordable mounting accessories. With no minimum order and 2–4 business-day production, they are ideal for individual projects and larger promotional campaigns.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Distinctive custom shapes: Choose circles, arrows, stars, house profiles, and other recognizable shapes that reinforce your message.

  • Lightweight 4mm construction: Corrugated plastic provides a practical balance of portability, structure, and easy handling.

  • Vibrant full-color printing: Present logos, photographs, promotional messages, directions, and branded graphics with strong visual impact.

  • UV-printed graphics: Helps the printed surface resist ordinary scratches, abrasion, fading, and outdoor exposure.

  • Indoor and outdoor versatility: Suitable for retail spaces, events, properties, construction sites, and temporary outdoor displays.

  • Optional hole drilling: Multiple drilling configurations prepare signs for compatible hanging and mounting applications.

  • Affordable accessories: Add suction cups or adhesive strips according to the selected mounting surface.

  • No minimum order: Purchase one custom sign for a specific need or order multiple signs for a coordinated campaign.

Custom Corrugated Plastic Signs in Unique Shapes

Custom-shaped signs help businesses move beyond conventional rectangular displays. The sign itself becomes part of the message, making advertisements, directions, announcements, and branded graphics easier to recognize.

Use an arrow to direct visitors, a house or apartment silhouette for real estate marketing, a star to highlight a promotion, or a circular sign to complement a round logo. Rounded rectangles, ovals, octagons, and other shapes provide additional flexibility for business and event signage.

The lightweight fluted construction makes 4mm corrugated plastic boards easy to carry, position, store, and replace while providing a structured surface for full-color graphics.

Available Shapes

Choose from the following profiles:

  • Rectangle

  • Square

  • Rounded rectangle

  • Rounded square

  • Circle

  • Oval

  • Octagon

  • Arrow

  • Star

  • House

  • Apartment

Shape availability and finished proportions may depend on the selected size, artwork, drilling option, and production requirements.

Popular Sizes

Available sizes include:

  • 9" × 24"

  • 12" × 18"

  • 18" × 24"

  • 20" × 30"

  • 23" × 23"

  • 24" × 36"

Because specialty shapes have different proportions, use the template created for the selected size and shape. Confirm the exact finished dimensions in the product calculator before preparing your artwork.

Full-Color Front Printing

Custom-shape corrugated plastic signs are printed in full color on the front with a blank back. Personalize your sign with:

  • Business names and logos

  • Promotional messages

  • Product and service advertising

  • Property information

  • Event details

  • Directional arrows and instructions

  • Contact information

  • Construction and safety notices

  • Calls to action

  • QR codes

  • Branded photographs and illustrations

Use large typography, strong color contrast, and a clear visual hierarchy to keep the message readable from the intended viewing distance.

Hole-Drilling Options

Optional hole drilling is available in several configurations:

  • Four corners

  • Top two corners

  • Top and bottom center

  • Four corners plus top and bottom center

Drilled holes measure approximately 0.40" in diameter and are positioned approximately 0.375" from the nearest edge.

Hole locations may require adjustment for rounded or specialty-shaped signs. Keep text, logos, QR codes, and other essential elements away from drilling areas. Review all drilling positions carefully on the digital proof before approving production.

Optional Mounting Accessories

Choose the option that fits your installation:

Accessory Price
None No additional charge
Suction Cup N’ Hook — Pack of 2 $4
3M Command Strips — Pack of 2 $3

Suction Cup N’ Hook: Intended for compatible smooth glass surfaces.

3M Command Strips: Intended for qualifying indoor walls and smooth surfaces when used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Accessory suitability depends on the sign’s dimensions, weight, shape, mounting surface, and installation environment. Confirm compatibility and follow all stated weight limits, application instructions, and removal directions.

Outdoor Use and Care

Corrugated plastic is suitable for many outdoor signage applications, but performance depends on the sign’s size, shape, mounting method, weather exposure, installation quality, and maintenance.

For better results:

  • Use mounting hardware suitable for the sign and location.

  • Secure every mounting point correctly.

  • Avoid unsupported installations in strong winds.

  • Inspect drilled holes and mounting points periodically.

  • Move temporary signs indoors during severe weather when practical.

  • Clean the printed surface gently with a soft, damp cloth.

  • Avoid abrasive tools and cleaners that could damage the graphics.

UV printing improves surface durability, but it does not make a sign permanently resistant to fading, scratching, severe weather, or physical damage.

Design Tips for Custom Shapes

  • Select a shape that supports the message or brand identity.

  • Keep the primary message brief and easy to understand.

  • Use large lettering appropriate for the viewing distance.

  • Maintain strong contrast between the text and background.

  • Keep essential content safely inside the contour cut line.

  • Leave adequate clearance around drilled holes.

  • Use high-resolution logos and images at the final printing size.

  • Test QR codes before submitting the artwork.

  • Avoid excessively intricate edges that may not cut cleanly.

  • Use the correct template for the selected size and shape.

Artwork and Print-Ready File Requirements

Prepare your artwork according to the following guidelines:

  • Include a 0.125" bleed extending beyond the finished cut line.

  • Keep important text, logos, and graphics at least 0.25" inside the cut line.

  • Keep critical content at least 0.5" away from drilled-hole locations.

  • Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode.

  • Use properly sized, high-resolution images.

  • Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG.

  • Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

  • Contact us for an FTP upload link if your file exceeds 75 MB.

  • Exporting artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG may reduce the upload size.
