The actual embroidery size may be adjusted according to the artwork proportions, selected garment size, and placement. Final dimensions, positioning, and thread colors will be shown on the digital proof before production.

Embroidery Artwork Guidelines

Submit clean artwork with solid colors and clearly defined shapes for the best embroidery results.

• Preferred formats: AI, EPS, or vector PDF

• Convert all fonts to outlines before submitting vector artwork.

• High-resolution PSD, JPG, and PNG files may be accepted for evaluation.

• Maximum uploaded file size: 75 MB.

• Keep lettering and fine details large enough to reproduce with thread.

• Avoid gradients, photographs, transparency, soft shadows, and extremely thin lines.

• A 0.125" printing bleed is not required for embroidery.

• Crop marks are unnecessary unless specifically requested.

• Include the desired embroidery placement and thread colors with the artwork.

Embroidery artwork must be converted into a stitch-ready file. Any applicable digitizing requirements or setup charges should be confirmed during ordering.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Your uploaded artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours to evaluate:

• File quality

• Embroidery compatibility

• Minimum lettering size

• Line and border thickness

• Thread-color requirements

• Logo proportions

• Placement and alignment

• Compatibility with the selected embroidery area

• Fine details that may require simplification

Before production, a digital proof will be emailed for approval. Carefully review the logo, spelling, thread colors, embroidery placement, design proportions, garment selections, size breakdown, quantity, and other order details.

Production begins only after the artwork and digital proof have been approved.

Production Time

Standard production requires approximately 5–7 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval.

Artwork preparation, digitizing, proof revisions, garment availability, larger quantities, or complex embroidery may affect the schedule. Shipping transit time is additional.

Care Instructions

To help preserve the sweatshirt and embroidered decoration:

• Wash before wearing.

• Machine wash cold with similar colors.

• Use a mild detergent.

• Tumble dry on low heat.

• Do not bleach unless permitted by the garment care label.

• Do not iron directly over the embroidery.

• Do not pull or cut visible embroidery threads.

Customized Product Policy

Because each sweatshirt is personalized using customer-approved artwork, customized garments generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they contain a verified production defect or do not match the approved order specifications.
