• Do not use them for exterior, overhead, or safety-critical installations.

• Choose mechanical fasteners or professional installation when required.

• Convert fonts to outlines or embed them before saving.

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

If the file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. You may also export the design as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce its size.

Cut-Path Requirements

Custom contour artwork requires a clean vector cut path:

• Create one continuous vector path around the finished shape.

• Use a 100% Magenta spot-color stroke for the cut line.

• Keep the cut path separate from the printable artwork.

• Remove duplicate, overlapping, and unnecessary paths.

• Minimize excessive anchor points.

• Avoid extremely intricate or closely spaced contours.

• Do not rasterize the cut path.

Standard production takes approximately 2–4 business days after artwork and digital proof approval, plus shipping transit time.
