Aluminum Composite Construction

Confirm that the strips are rated for the sign’s dimensions and weight. Do not use removable strips for exterior, overhead, or safety-critical installations.

Stainless-Steel Standoffs – Pack of 4

Standoffs position the aluminum board away from the wall to create a dimensional floating effect. They are ideal for corporate offices, reception areas, galleries, restaurants, hospitality spaces, and retail interiors.

The installer is responsible for confirming that the selected hardware, fasteners, and mounting surface can safely support the sign.

Artwork and File Preparation

Prepare your artwork according to these requirements:

• Include a 0.125" bleed beyond the final cut line.

• Keep essential text, logos, and graphics at least 0.5" inside the cut line.

• Maintain at least 0.5" clearance around pre-drilled holes.

• Use CMYK color mode.

• Prepare raster artwork at 150–300 DPI at the intended production size.

• Convert fonts to outlines or embed them before saving.

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

If the file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. You may also export the design as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce its size.

Design Templates

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 2–4 business days after artwork and digital proof approval, plus shipping transit time.

Production time does not include artwork revisions, proofing delays, weekends, holidays, or shipping. Specialty drilling or finishing requirements may require additional review.
