Matte and smooth-white stocks provide clean backgrounds for professional, educational, or minimalist designs.

For a more substantial feel, select from the available Trifecta triple-layered stocks, offered in several colors and textures. These premium stocks can help create an impressive presentation for luxury brands, special events, authors, and high-value promotional campaigns.

Use the front for your primary artwork and the reverse side for contact details, schedules, reading lists, QR codes, coupons, event reminders, or supporting information. Full-color printing on both sides provides maximum design flexibility, while the blank-back and grayscale-back options can support simpler applications.

Raised UV and Raised Foil are available exclusively with 16 pt. Premium Matte Cover. These finishes can emphasize selected logos, headlines, borders, patterns, or design details. Raised Foil is available in gold, silver, and rose gold. Raised elements must remain away from the finished trim edge.

Customization and Available Options

Choose 1.5" × 7" when you prefer a compact, traditional bookmark. Select 2" × 8" when your layout requires more space for artwork, calendars, promotional offers, or detailed information.

Choose 14 pt. Uncoated Cover when writing on the bookmark is important. High Gloss UV creates a glossy, more durable surface but is not suitable for writing. Selecting High Gloss UV on the front only of 14 pt. Gloss Cover can leave the reverse side available for writing; however, the coated front and uncoated back may display differences in color and brightness.

Optional rounded corners provide a smoother silhouette and are available with qualifying stock and size combinations. Premium Kraft and Ultra Premium Pearl are distinctive stocks, so natural variations in thickness or appearance may occur.

Artwork and Print-Ready File Instructions

1. Upload Your Artwork: Submit your completed print-ready file with your order.

2. File Review: Your artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours. If an issue is found, Link Printers will contact you before production.

3. Bleed: Include 0.125" bleed to accommodate trimming.

4. Accepted Formats: EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF.

5. Maximum Upload: The maximum standard file-upload size is 75 MB.

6. Large Files: Contact Link Printers for an FTP upload link or export the artwork as a suitable JPG or PNG when appropriate.

7. Templates: AI and PSD templates are available upon request. Provide your order number and product type when requesting a template.

Digital Proof and Approval

Before final production, you will receive a digital proof by email for approval. Carefully review all spelling, wording, images, colors, layout, orientation, and other design details. Production begins after the artwork and proof are approved.

If Link Printers identifies an artwork issue or needs clarification, you will be contacted before the order moves into production.
