  • Inside-and-outside printing available: Use all four panels for complete creative and promotional flexibility.

Personalized Cards for Every Occasion

Custom greeting cards offer a thoughtful way to connect with customers, employees, friends, family members, donors, and event guests. Unlike generic cards, personalized printing lets you control the photographs, wording, design style, paper, and message.

Create custom cards for:

  • Birthdays

  • Weddings and anniversaries

  • Holiday and New Year greetings

  • Thank-you messages

  • Graduation celebrations

  • Baby announcements

  • Invitations and save-the-dates

  • Sympathy and encouragement

  • Religious celebrations

  • Customer appreciation

  • Employee recognition

  • Corporate announcements

  • Fundraising campaigns

  • Seasonal promotions

Whether you need a personal photo card or a professionally branded business greeting, custom printing gives every message a more memorable presentation.

Available Sizes

Select the flat size that provides the right amount of space for your design. Each card is pre-scored for a vertical half-fold.

Flat Size Folded Size
5" × 10" 5" × 5"
5.5" × 8.5" 4.25" × 5.5"
6" × 8" 4" × 6"
6" × 12" 6" × 6"
7" × 10" 5" × 7"
8.5" × 11" 5.5" × 8.5"

The size shown first is the flat, unfolded sheet. The folded size represents the finished dimensions after the card is folded along its score line.

Printing Options

Full Color Both Sides – Inside and Outside

Print the outside and inside panels in full color. This configuration gives you four customizable panels:

  • Front cover

  • Inside left

  • Inside right

  • Back cover

Use the interior for a personal message, event details, photographs, promotional information, signatures, or branded content. The back panel can include a logo, website, social media information, contact details, or a short brand statement.

Full Color Outside – No Printing Inside

Print the outside of the card in full color while leaving the inside unprinted. This option works well when you need open space for handwritten notes, employee signatures, personalized messages, or stamps.

Select an uncoated or matte stock when easy handwriting is especially important. Ink performance can vary by pen type, so testing is recommended for large handwritten projects.

Premium Paper Options

14 pt. Glossy

The 14 pt. Glossy stock provides a sturdy feel with a smooth, reflective surface that enhances photographs, illustrations, and vibrant colors.

Best suited for:

  • Photo greeting cards

  • Holiday artwork

  • Colorful event invitations

  • Branded promotional cards

  • Designs requiring a polished appearance

14 pt. Uncoated

The 14 pt. Uncoated stock offers a natural paper texture with minimal reflection. Its writable surface makes it an excellent choice for cards that will be signed or personalized by hand.

Best suited for:

  • Thank-you cards

  • Handwritten greetings

  • Employee signature cards

  • Minimalist designs

  • Traditional stationery styles

100 lb. Matte Cover

The 100 lb. Matte Cover provides a smooth, subdued surface with less glare than glossy paper. It balances refined color reproduction with comfortable readability.

Best suited for:

  • Wedding and anniversary cards

  • Corporate greetings

  • Elegant invitations

  • Sympathy cards

  • Vintage-inspired or understated designs

Paper availability may vary by size, quantity, printing configuration, and finishing selection.

Optional High Gloss UV Coating

High Gloss UV coating may be selected for additional shine and surface protection.

High Gloss UV Coating

A glossy coating enhances color saturation and provides added resistance to routine handling and surface wear. Coated areas cannot be written or printed on after production.

High Gloss UV Front Only

Apply High Gloss UV to the front cover while leaving other areas uncoated for handwriting. Because coated and uncoated surfaces reflect light differently, color, texture, brightness, and sheen may vary between the panels.

Choose an uncoated writing area when the card requires signatures, personal notes, addressing, stamping, or additional information after printing.

Pre-Scored and Supplied Flat

Every greeting card is professionally pre-scored for a vertical half-fold. Scoring creates a controlled folding line that helps reduce cracking and keeps the finished fold straighter.

Cards are supplied flat and unfolded. Fold each card carefully along the score line before mailing or distribution.

Envelopes are not included with greeting-card orders. Select envelopes separately according to the finished folded size and the amount of insertion clearance required.

Custom Business Greeting Cards

Business greeting cards help companies maintain meaningful relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and community partners. Add your logo, brand colors, contact details, photographs, signatures, promotional messaging, or a QR code.

Use custom business cards for:

  • Customer thank-you campaigns

  • Holiday and New Year mailings

  • Employee birthdays and anniversaries

  • Client onboarding

  • Referral appreciation

  • Corporate event invitations

  • Grand-opening announcements

  • Donor and volunteer recognition

  • Appointment follow-ups

  • Seasonal promotions

A thoughtfully designed card keeps your business visible while delivering a message that feels personal and considerate.

Artwork and File Preparation

Include 0.125" Bleed

Extend photographs, colors, patterns, and backgrounds 0.125" beyond the trim line on all applicable sides. Bleed helps prevent unintended white edges after trimming.

Maintain Safe Margins

Keep text, logos, faces, borders, and other important elements safely inside the trim and fold lines. Do not place critical content directly against the edge or score.

Check Panel Orientation

Greeting-card artwork must be positioned according to the selected template. Some outside panels may appear upside down in the flat artwork so that they display correctly after folding.

Before submission, verify the location and orientation of:

  • Front cover

  • Back cover

  • Inside left panel

  • Inside right panel

  • Score line

Use High-Resolution Images

Prepare raster photographs and graphics at approximately 300 DPI at final size. Enlarging small web images may cause pixelation, softness, and visible compression.

Prepare Artwork in CMYK

CMYK color mode is recommended for commercial printing. Printed colors may differ from monitors and mobile devices because screens produce color with RGB light, while printed products reproduce color with ink or toner.

Accepted File Formats

Upload any of the following:

  • PDF

  • AI

  • EPS

  • PSD

  • JPG

  • PNG

A print-ready PDF is generally preferred because it can preserve dimensions, fonts, vectors, and image placement.

Maximum Upload Size

The standard maximum upload size is 75 MB.

For files larger than 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. You may also export the design as a properly sized, high-resolution PDF, JPG, or PNG to reduce the file size without sacrificing print quality.

Design Templates

AI and PSD templates are available for supported greeting-card sizes. Templates identify:

  • Flat dimensions

  • Finished folded dimensions

  • Trim lines

  • Bleed areas

  • Safe margins

  • Score position

  • Front and back panels

  • Inside panels

  • Correct artwork orientation

To request a template, contact us with your order number, product name, and selected size.

Design Recommendations

For the best result:

  • Place the primary message prominently on the front cover.

  • Use legible fonts and clear color contrast.

  • Keep text and logos away from trim and score lines.

  • Use high-resolution photographs.

  • Limit the number of typefaces.

  • Coordinate the design with the selected paper finish.

  • Leave an uncoated area for handwriting.

  • Confirm the folded orientation before uploading.

  • Proofread all names, dates, addresses, and contact details.

  • Verify that envelopes have been ordered separately when required.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Uploaded artwork is generally reviewed within 24 hours. Our prepress team checks for common concerns such as:

  • Incorrect dimensions

  • Missing bleed

  • Low-resolution images

  • Unsafe text placement

  • Incorrect panel orientation

  • Score-line conflicts

  • Missing fonts

  • Missing linked images

  • Unexpected transparency

  • Color-mode concerns

  • Incorrect front, back, or interior placement

Before production, a digital proof will be sent by email for approval. Carefully review:

  • Spelling, grammar, names, and dates

  • Front, back, and inside content

  • Photographs and image placement

  • Panel orientation

  • Fold and score placement

  • Colors and backgrounds

  • Logos and contact details

  • Selected size and quantity

  • Paper and coating selections

  • Printed-side configuration

Production begins only after the digital proof has been approved.
