Clear, simplified artwork generally produces the best embroidery result. Submit production-ready artwork whenever possible.

• Preferred formats: AI, EPS, or vector PDF

• Convert all fonts to outlines.

• Use solid colors instead of gradients, transparency, shadows, or photographic effects.

• Avoid extremely thin lines, very small lettering, and closely spaced details.

• Identify the preferred thread colors for each design element.

• Keep the design within the maximum 4" diameter embroidery area.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

• Additional accepted formats may include PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF.

Traditional print bleed is not required for embroidery. Submitted artwork may need to be simplified, resized, or digitized to create a clean and durable stitched design.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Your artwork will be reviewed before production. If the design includes lettering that is too small, lines that are too narrow, unsupported effects, unclear colors, or details that cannot be reproduced successfully with thread, we will contact you.

Before production, a digital proof will be emailed for approval. Carefully review:

Production begins after the artwork, order details, and digital proof have been approved.

Production Time

Standard production requires 5–7 business days after final artwork and proof approval. Artwork preparation, requested revisions, approval delays, weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time are not included in the production estimate.
