Artwork and Print-Ready File Requirements

Prepare your artwork according to the following requirements:

• Include a 0.125" bleed on all sides where required.

• Prepare the design at the selected size or at the correct proportion.

• Match the artwork orientation to the horizontal or vertical option selected.

• Keep important text, logos, borders, and other critical elements inside the safe area.

• Allow sufficient clearance around any selected grommet locations.

• Use high-resolution graphics for sharp printing.

• Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode for more predictable printed color.

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. Alternatively, export the artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce its file size.

AI and PSD design templates are available for supported sizes. To request a template, contact us with your order number, product type, and required dimensions.

Production and Turnaround

Standard production takes 2–4 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the selected delivery method and destination.
