Full-Color Printing Options

Choose the printing configuration that works best for your display:

• Full Color Front, Blank Back: Ideal for wall-mounted signs, menus, presentations, and displays viewed from one direction.

• Full Color Both Sides: Recommended for suspended signs, window displays, exhibits, and other applications where the graphic may be viewed from both directions.

UV printing produces sharp text, vivid graphics, and strong color reproduction. It also helps the printed surface resist ordinary scratching, abrasion, fading, and short-term environmental exposure.

Optional Hole Drilling

Add pre-drilled holes to simplify mounting or hanging. Available configurations may include:

• Four corners

• Top two corners

• Top and bottom center

• Four corners plus top and bottom center

Standard holes are approximately 0.40" in diameter and positioned approximately 0.375" from the nearest edge. Hole-drilling availability and placement may vary according to the selected size, shape, and mounting accessory.

Accessory Guidance

• Suction cups are intended for compatible smooth surfaces such as glass. Each hook supports a maximum of approximately 1.5 lb.; verify the finished sign’s total weight before installation.

• Command Strips are best suited to compatible indoor surfaces. Follow the manufacturer’s surface preparation and weight-limit instructions.

• Stainless steel standoffs create a polished, dimensional wall display and may require compatible hole drilling and installation hardware.

• Accessory availability may vary by sign size, shape, thickness, and finished weight.

• Hardware appearance and specifications may vary slightly.

Indoor and Outdoor Use

PVC boards are particularly well suited for indoor applications. They may also be used for qualifying short-term outdoor displays when properly installed and protected.

Estimated outdoor durability is approximately 3–6 months, depending on sunlight, temperature, wind, moisture, installation method, handling, and maintenance. This estimate is not a performance guarantee. Extended outdoor exposure may cause fading, warping, or other material changes.

• Use strong contrast between text and background colors.

• Avoid placing essential information too close to the edges.

• Keep logos and text clear of planned drilling locations.

• Use high-resolution images at the final printing size.

• Include only the most important contact information or call to action.

• Confirm that your artwork matches the selected orientation, size, and shape.

Artwork and File Requirements

Prepare your design according to the following guidelines:

• Bleed: Add 0.125" on every side where artwork extends to the edge.

• Safety Margin: Keep important text and logos at least 0.25" inside the trim line.

• Hole Clearance: Keep essential content at least 0.5" away from drilling positions.

• Color Mode: CMYK is recommended for commercial printing.

• Resolution: Use high-resolution artwork at the final print size.

• Accepted Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum Upload Size: 75 MB.

• Fonts: Embed fonts or convert them to outlines before submission.

If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us to request an FTP upload link. You may also export your design as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce its file size.

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 2–4 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. Production time does not include artwork revisions, weekends, holidays, or shipping transit.

Orders requiring file corrections, special drilling, or clarification may take additional time. Your production schedule begins after all artwork, specifications, and proof details have been approved.
