Every submitted design is reviewed before production for stitchability, legibility, thread-color separation, and placement. If small lettering, narrow lines, excessive detail, or another embroidery concern is identified, we will contact you before production.

Production and Turnaround

Standard production requires approximately 5–7 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional and is not included in the production estimate.

Turnaround may be affected if artwork revisions, clarification, or additional approval is required. Production begins only after the final proof has been approved.

Color and Product Notes

• Product colors may appear different depending on screen settings, lighting, and display calibration.

• Fabric, cap, accent, and embroidery-thread colors may vary slightly from samples or digital previews.
