Choose from six flat sizes and corresponding finished display dimensions:

The finished dimensions represent the approximate size of each visible display panel after assembly.

Printing Configuration

Table tents are printed in full color on the outside with a blank inside.

After assembly, the printed exterior creates two visible promotional panels. The blank interior faces inward and is not visible during normal use.

Paper Stock Options

100 lb. Gloss Cover

A smooth gloss cover stock that enhances colors and photographs. It is an excellent choice for restaurant promotions, food photography, retail offers, and colorful event advertising.

Eligible orders of 250 or more printed on 100 lb. Gloss Cover may receive an aqueous coating. Quantities of 100 or fewer may be digitally printed without coating.

14 pt. Gloss Cover

A sturdy cardstock with a glossy surface that gives images and colors a polished, attention-grabbing appearance. Its substantial feel makes it suitable for frequently handled promotional displays.

14 pt. Uncoated Cover

A firm cover stock with a natural, non-glossy surface. Choose this option when you prefer a textured appearance or need a surface suitable for writing after production.

100 lb. Matte Cover

A smooth, low-glare cover stock that provides an understated and professional appearance. It is well suited to upscale restaurants, hotels, corporate events, and text-focused designs.

Coating Options

Aqueous Coating

Eligible orders printed on 100 lb. Gloss Cover may receive an aqueous coating. This light protective finish improves the printed surface’s resistance to ordinary handling while maintaining a polished appearance.

High Gloss UV Coating

High Gloss UV coating adds a highly reflective finish that enhances color and provides additional surface protection against ordinary handling and minor food or beverage splashes.

High Gloss UV coating is applied only to the printed exterior. Coated surfaces cannot be reliably written, stamped, or printed on after production. Select an uncoated stock when writability is required.

Pre-Scored, Glue-Free Assembly

Table tents are delivered flat and unassembled. Each piece includes:

• Three pre-scored folding lines

• Two die-cut base slits

• A self-locking interlocking structure

To assemble the table tent, fold carefully along the score lines and connect the two base slits. No glue, tape, or additional hardware is required.

The interlocking construction also allows the display to be taken apart for compact storage and reassembled later when appropriate.

Artwork and File Requirements

Prepare your artwork according to the following specifications:

• Include a 0.125" bleed wherever the background or artwork extends to the trim edge.

• Keep important text, logos, prices, and QR codes safely inside the trim area.

• Keep critical design elements away from score lines and die-cut base slits.

• Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode when possible.

• Use high-resolution images at the final printing size.

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

• Embed fonts or convert them to outlines before submitting vector artwork.

If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us to request an FTP upload link. You may also export your artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce the file size.

AI and PSD templates are available for each table-tent size. To request the correct template, contact us with your order number, product name, and selected size.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Submitted artwork is reviewed within 24 hours. Our prepress team checks important production details, including:

• File dimensions

• Image resolution

• Bleed

• Panel orientation

• Score-line clearance

• Base-slit clearance

• General layout alignment

Before production, a digital proof will be sent by email for approval. Carefully review the proof for spelling, prices, dates, images, colors, panel orientation, QR codes, and other design details.

Production begins after the artwork and digital proof have been approved.

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 2–4 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval.

Production time does not include artwork revisions, weekends, holidays, or shipping transit. Orders requiring file corrections or clarification may need additional time.
