An Oval creates a softer elongated profile, while Square and Rounded Square cards work well with centered layouts, QR codes, and balanced branding. The Leaf shape is especially relevant for landscaping, floral, wellness, organic, botanical, and environmental brands.

Three paper stocks support different uses. 14 pt. Gloss Cover provides a shiny, colorful presentation. Eligible gloss configurations may include High Gloss UV Coating for additional shine and surface protection, although the coated surface is not writable. 14 pt. Uncoated Cover is the appropriate choice when customers need to add appointment times, notes, or signatures. 100 lb. Matte Cover offers a more restrained, low-glare appearance.

Choose front-only printing for a simple presentation, add grayscale information to the back, or use full color on both sides for maximum design space.

Printing Options

Full-Color Front with Blank Back

Print the primary artwork on the front and leave the back unprinted. This option works well for a simple brand presentation or when reverse-side printing is unnecessary.

If the blank back will be used for writing, select 14 pt. Uncoated Cover rather than a coated gloss surface.

Full-Color Front with Grayscale Back

Use full color for the main design and grayscale for secondary information such as contact details, instructions, disclaimers, or appointment fields.

Full Color on Both Sides

Use both sides for complete branding, contact details, promotional messaging, QR codes, offers, or supporting information.

High Gloss UV and Writable Surfaces

High Gloss UV Coating adds shine and surface protection to eligible 14 pt. Gloss Cover configurations. Because the coating creates a slick surface, it is not suitable for handwriting.

When High Gloss UV is applied to the front only, slight differences in color and brightness may appear between the coated front and uncoated back. This is a normal consideration when combining different surface treatments.

Choose 14 pt. Uncoated Cover when customers need to write appointment times, notes, names, signatures, or reminders on the card.

Consider the direction and proportions of the selected shape when arranging the artwork. Circular and square cards support centered compositions, while oval and leaf shapes may benefit from layouts that follow their longer axis.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

After the artwork is submitted, Link Printers will review it before production. If something needs to be corrected or clarified, you will be contacted so the issue can be resolved before the project moves forward.

A digital proof will then be emailed for approval. Carefully review:

Production begins after the artwork and digital proof are approved. The estimated production time is 2–4 business days, excluding shipping transit.
