Each calendar is printed on durable 17 pt. magnetic material for indoor use. The flexible construction allows it to attach directly to compatible magnetic metal surfaces and be repositioned without permanent adhesive.

Magnetic compatibility varies by surface. Some stainless steel appliances and coated metal surfaces may not hold magnets securely. Test the intended display surface before use.

High Gloss UV Coating

The printed front receives a High Gloss UV coating that creates a polished, reflective finish. This coating enhances photographs, graphics, logos, and brand colors while helping protect the printed surface during regular indoor handling.

High Gloss UV-coated surfaces are not recommended for writing. Include all fixed dates, schedules, contact information, and promotional details in the submitted artwork.

Artwork and File Preparation

Prepare your artwork according to the following requirements:

• Include a 0.125" bleed on all sides where the design extends to the trimmed edge.

• Keep dates, text, logos, QR codes, and other essential elements safely inside the trim area.

• Allow additional corner clearance when selecting rounded corners.

• Use high-resolution images for clear printed reproduction.

• Prepare color artwork in CMYK mode for more predictable results.

• Convert or embed fonts before submitting vector or PDF artwork.

• Accepted formats: EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. You may also export suitable artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce the file size.

If We Find an Issue

Our prepress team reviews submitted artwork within 24 hours. If the file requires correction or clarification, we will contact you before production so the issue can be resolved.

Before final production, you will receive a digital proof by email for approval. Carefully review the calendar year, dates, holidays, spelling, contact information, QR codes, images, colors, rounded-corner placement, layout, and all other design details. Production begins after the proof has been approved.

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 9–12 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the selected delivery service and destination.
