• Avoid photographs, gradients, shadows, transparency, and halftones.

• Avoid extremely fine lines, very small text, and excessive detail.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

• If vector artwork is unavailable, submit the highest-quality logo file available for review.

Traditional print bleed is not required because the design is applied within a defined imprint area on the barrel.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Submitted artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours to confirm that the design is suitable for one-color screen printing and fits within the available imprint area.

Before production begins, a digital proof will be sent by email for approval. Carefully review:

• Artwork proportions

• Imprint size and placement

• Pen color

• Imprint color

• Quantity

• Other order details

Production begins only after the digital proof has been approved.

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 3–5 business days after artwork and proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.

Production may be delayed if artwork corrections, missing order information, or delayed proof approval prevent the order from moving forward.

Setup Charge

A $20 setup charge applies to this product. The setup charge covers the preparation required to configure the submitted artwork for one-color screen printing.

Artwork revisions, special preparation, or requests outside the standard one-color imprint specifications may affect final pricing or production time.
