Important Writability Note

High Gloss UV coating is not suitable for writing. If your cards require handwritten appointments, signatures, loyalty stamps, or notes, choose an uncoated business card stock instead.

Artwork, File Review and Digital Proof

Upload print-ready artwork in EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Files may be up to 75 MB and must include a 0.125" bleed for trimming.

Link Printers will review your uploaded file within 24 hours. If an issue is found or something requires clarification, you will be contacted before production so the matter can be resolved.

Before final production, a digital proof will be emailed for your approval. Carefully review all spelling, wording, images, colors, layout, and other design details before approving the proof.

For files larger than 75 MB, contact Link Printers for an FTP upload link. You may also export the artwork as a JPG or PNG to reduce the file size. AI and PSD design templates are available for every product size; include your order number and product type when requesting a template.
