Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Submitted artwork is reviewed within 24 hours. Before production, you will receive a digital proof by email showing the proposed layout and order specifications.

Carefully review:

If We Find an Issue

If we identify low-resolution images, missing bleed, unsafe margins, unreadable text, incorrect dimensions, font problems, QR-code concerns, or another issue that may affect printing, we will contact you before production.

We will work with you to clarify or correct the issue before your order moves forward. Artwork corrections and delayed proof approval may affect the original production schedule.

Production Information

Standard production takes 2–4 business days after the artwork and digital proof have been approved. Shipping transit time is additional and is not included in the production estimate.

Large orders, artwork revisions, specialty configurations, or proofing delays may require additional time.
