Portable Retractable Display System

Retractable pull-up banner stands provide a convenient way to present promotional graphics without permanent installation. The banner remains stored inside the aluminum base when not in use, helping protect the printed surface during transportation and storage.

To set up the display, position the base on a level surface, connect the support pole, pull the graphic upward, and attach the top rail to the pole. When the display is no longer needed, carefully guide the banner back into the base.

13 oz Super Smooth Grayback Material

Each graphic is printed on 13 oz Super Smooth Grayback material. Its smooth surface produces a clean, professional presentation, while the gray backing helps reduce show-through caused by lighting, objects, or activity behind the display.

Stand Options

Premium Stand

The Premium stand features a wider, more substantial aluminum base for a polished and professional appearance. It is an excellent option for corporate environments, exhibitions, presentations, and repeated promotional use.

Economy Stand

The Economy stand provides a durable, cost-conscious display option with a clean, modern appearance. Economy hardware does not include black end caps.

Stand availability depends on the selected graphic size. The Economy configuration may also be identified as Standard hardware in the specifications.

Quick, Tool-Free Setup

01 — Position the Base

Place the retractable base on a clean, stable, and level surface.

02 — Assemble the Pole

Connect the support-pole sections and insert the completed pole into the base.

03 — Extend the Banner

Hold the top rail with both hands and pull the graphic upward slowly and evenly.

04 — Attach the Top Rail

Secure the top rail to the support pole according to the supplied instructions.

05 — Check the Display

Confirm that the graphic is straight, the pole is secure, and the base is positioned safely.

Never release the graphic while it is extended. Always guide it slowly into the base to prevent rapid retraction or damage.

Artwork and File Preparation

Prepare the artwork using the template for the exact size and stand configuration selected.

Design Requirements

• Include 0.125" bleed where indicated on the template.

• Keep important text, logos, QR codes, and contact information inside the recommended safe area.

• Allow sufficient space at the bottom for the section of the graphic that remains inside the retractable base.

• Use high-resolution images appropriate for the final printed dimensions.

• Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode when possible.

• Convert fonts to outlines or include the necessary font files.

• Embed all linked images and graphic elements.

• Confirm that the artwork orientation matches the selected display.

The maximum upload size is 75 MB. If the file exceeds this limit, contact us for an alternative upload option. Exporting a properly prepared, high-resolution JPG or PNG may reduce the file size.

AI and PSD templates are available for supported product sizes. To request a template, provide your order number, product name, selected size, and stand type.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Submitted artwork is reviewed within 24 hours for common production concerns, including:

• Incorrect dimensions

• Insufficient image resolution

• Missing bleed

• Unsafe text or logo placement

• Incorrect orientation

• Missing fonts or linked images

• Insufficient bottom-feed allowance

• Other file-preparation issues

A digital proof will be sent by email before production. Carefully review:

• Finished dimensions

• Selected stand type

• Spelling and wording

• Logos and brand information

• Images and colors

• QR codes and contact details

• Bleed and safe-area placement

• Overall layout and orientation

Production begins only after the digital proof has been approved.

Production Time

Standard production requires approximately 2–4 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval.

Production time does not include:
