• Include a 0.125" bleed where required for trimming.

• Keep important text, logos, QR codes, and other critical content safely inside the trim and die-cut areas.

• Avoid placing important design elements where the card or die-cut slits may cover them.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB

• Accepted formats: EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF

• Vector artwork or a high-resolution PDF is recommended for the sharpest results.

• Convert fonts to outlines or embed them before submitting the file.

If your artwork exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an alternative upload option. AI and PSD design templates may be available upon request to help you position artwork accurately around the card and die-cut slits.

Digital Proof and Artwork Review

Submitted artwork is reviewed for basic print readiness. Before final production, you will receive a digital proof by email for approval.

Carefully review:

Production begins only after the digital proof has been approved.

If We Find an Issue

If your artwork contains low-resolution images, missing fonts, incorrect dimensions, insufficient bleed, unclear content, or elements that interfere with the card slits, we will contact you before production. We will work with you to resolve the issue before the order moves forward.

Production time depends on the selected specifications and begins after artwork and digital-proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional and is not included in the production turnaround.
