Create professional admission materials that support organized entry and reinforce your event branding with custom event tickets from Link Printers. Available in two practical sizes, multiple premium paper stocks, and quantities from 250 to 20,000, these full-color tickets are ideal for concerts, fundraisers, festivals, corporate functions, raffles, theatrical performances, and private events. Optional perforation and sequential numbering make distribution, redemption, and attendance tracking easier.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Two versatile sizes: Choose a compact 2" × 5.5" ticket or a spacious 3.5" × 8.5" format for additional event information.

  • Full-color custom printing: Display event artwork, photographs, sponsor logos, branding, and admission details with strong visual impact.

  • Optional perforation: Create a detachable stub for admission, raffles, vouchers, coat checks, or transaction records.

  • Optional sequential numbering: Give each ticket a unique reference number for improved distribution and reconciliation.

  • Flexible numbering placement: Position ticket numbers at the top, center, or bottom of the design.

  • Three numbering colors: Select black, red, or white to create suitable contrast with the artwork.

  • Multiple premium paper stocks: Choose gloss, uncoated, recycled matte, or premium matte according to the desired presentation and writability.

  • Digital proof before printing: Review the content, crop, perforation, numbering, and layout before production begins.

Professional Tickets for Memorable Events

Custom-printed event tickets provide more than proof of admission. They help communicate important information, establish credibility, recognize sponsors, and create a consistent experience from promotion through entry.

Customize your tickets with:

  • Event name and logo

  • Date and time

  • Venue name and address

  • Ticket or admission type

  • Seating, section, or access information

  • Ticket price

  • Sponsor logos

  • Terms and conditions

  • Contact information

  • Website and social-media details

  • Supplied QR codes or barcodes

  • Detachable admission or redemption stubs

Whether you need 250 tickets for a private function or 20,000 for a large public event, Link Printers provides professional production with flexible customization options.

Available Sizes

2" × 5.5"

The compact 2" × 5.5" format is ideal for general admission, raffles, concerts, school events, drink vouchers, fundraisers, and other applications requiring a convenient ticket size.

3.5" × 8.5"

The larger 3.5" × 8.5" format provides more room for event schedules, maps, sponsor information, policies, promotional content, and larger detachable sections.

Both sizes may be designed in horizontal or vertical orientation.

Quantity Options

Custom event tickets are available in quantities from 250 to 20,000, including:

  • 250

  • 500

  • 1,000

  • 2,500

  • 5,000

  • 10,000

  • 15,000

  • 20,000

Consider expected attendance, promotional distribution, staff use, replacements, and contingency needs when selecting a quantity.

Paper Stock Options

14 PT Gloss Cover

A sturdy coated stock with a smooth finish that supports vibrant colors and detailed promotional artwork.

14 PT Uncoated Cover

A durable, naturally textured stock that is easier to write on. Choose this option when staff members or attendees may need to add names, dates, signatures, or notes.

100 LB Recycled Matte Cover

A smooth matte stock with recycled content and a professional, low-glare appearance.

16 PT Premium Matte Cover

A thicker premium stock with a refined matte finish and substantial feel. It is an excellent choice for galas, VIP admission, corporate functions, and upscale events.

Printed-Side Options

Choose the configuration that best fits your content:

  • Full Color Both Sides: Use the front and back for event details, schedules, maps, policies, sponsor logos, or promotional content.

  • Full Color Front, No Back: Print the primary ticket design in full color and leave the reverse side blank.

  • Full Color Front, Grayscale Back: Present the main artwork in full color and print secondary information in grayscale on the back.

Perforation and Numbering Options

Choose from:

  • None

  • Perforation Only

  • Numbering Only

  • Perforation and Numbering

Perforation

Perforation creates a detachable ticket section that can be removed cleanly during admission or redemption. The stub may be used for:

  • Entry verification

  • Raffle drawings

  • Food or drink redemption

  • Coat checks

  • Parking validation

  • Attendance records

  • Customer receipts

  • Prize or activity vouchers

Keep important text, logos, QR codes, and other essential elements safely away from the perforation line.

Sequential Numbering

Sequential numbering gives each ticket a unique reference number. This supports organized distribution, ticket matching, sales reconciliation, and recordkeeping.

Numbering positions:

  • Top

  • Center

  • Bottom

Numbering colors:

  • Black

  • Red

  • White

Select a numbering color that contrasts clearly with the artwork. Black is generally more visible on light backgrounds, while white works better on dark backgrounds. Confirm the final placement and appearance on the digital proof.

Sequential numbering supports ticket management but does not independently prevent copying or guarantee authenticity.

Event Ticket Design Recommendations

For a clear and professional ticket design:

  • Give the event name strong visual priority.

  • Make the date, time, and venue easy to locate.

  • Use sufficient contrast between text and background graphics.

  • Organize sponsor logos without overcrowding the layout.

  • Reserve a clear area for sequential numbering.

  • Keep essential information away from trim and perforation lines.

  • Use readable font sizes.

  • Check all dates, addresses, prices, and contact details carefully.

  • Design the reverse side when selecting two-sided printing.

  • Keep supplied QR codes and barcodes large enough to scan.

If your tickets include a barcode or QR code, test it at the intended printed size before uploading the artwork. Scannability can be affected by resolution, contrast, size, coating, artwork placement, and the scanning system used.

Coating and Writability

High Gloss UV coating may be available for compatible paper and printing configurations. It adds a glossy appearance and additional surface protection, but the coated area cannot be reliably written or printed on after production.

Choose 14 PT Uncoated Cover when handwriting, stamping, signing, or adding information after printing is required. Coating availability may depend on the selected stock, quantity, and printed-side option.

Artwork and File Preparation

Prepare your event-ticket artwork according to these requirements:

  • Include 0.125" bleed on all sides.

  • Keep important text and logos inside the recommended safe area.

  • Keep essential elements clear of the perforation line.

  • Reserve sufficient space for the selected numbering position.

  • Prepare the artwork at the selected finished size.

  • Use approximately 300 DPI at full size for raster images.

  • Use CMYK color mode whenever possible.

  • Convert fonts to outlines in compatible vector files.

  • Embed linked images before uploading.

  • Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG

  • Maximum upload size: 75 MB

If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. Alternatively, export the finished design as a high-quality JPG or PNG to reduce the file size.

AI and PSD templates are available for supported ticket sizes. To request a template, contact us with your order number, selected size, and product type.
