Artwork and Embroidery Guidelines

For the best embroidery results:

• Submit vector artwork in AI, EPS, or vector PDF format whenever possible.

• Convert all fonts to outlines.

• High-resolution PSD, JPG, and PNG files may also be reviewed.

• Use solid colors instead of gradients, transparency, or photographic effects.

• Avoid extremely small lettering, thin lines, and highly detailed artwork.

• Identify the desired left- or right-chest placement.

• Include preferred thread colors with the order.

• Maximum upload size is 75 MB.

Embroidery artwork does not require a 0.125" print bleed. The design must instead fit safely within the embroidery area available for the selected garment and placement.

Your artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours. If digitizing, simplification, resizing, or another adjustment is needed, we will contact you before production.

Production and Proof Approval

Standard production requires approximately 3–5 business days after artwork and digital proof approval. Production time does not include artwork preparation, proof revisions, shipping transit, weekends, or holidays.

Before embroidery begins, a digital proof will be sent by email. Carefully review:
