Designated holders position the banner using poles inserted into the sewn pockets at both ends. Athletes then run through the middle, where the Velcro-secured center seam separates.

After the entrance, the center seam can be reconnected for future use. This reusable construction makes the banner practical for weekly games, playoff events, senior nights, homecoming celebrations, and annual school traditions.

Each banner is made from 13 oz. vinyl and printed in full color on the front using digital UV inks. The large printable area can feature team logos, school colors, mascots, player graphics, sponsor recognition, seasonal messaging, or motivational slogans.

Setup and Reuse

Before each event:

2. Reconnect the center seam and confirm that it is aligned correctly.

4. Ensure the holders, poles, athletes, and surrounding space are arranged safely.

5. Practice the entrance setup before the live event when possible.

After use, reconnect the center seam as needed, clean the banner appropriately, and store it carefully for the next event.

Submit print-ready artwork with 0.125" bleed. Accepted formats are EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF, with a maximum upload size of 75 MB.

Files are reviewed within 24 hours. If an issue is identified, Link Printers will contact you before production. For files larger than 75 MB, request an FTP upload link or export the artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG. AI and PSD templates are available by request with your order number and product type.
