Standard production takes approximately 2–4 business days after artwork and digital-proof approval. A $15 setup charge applies.

Production time does not include artwork preparation, revisions, proof-approval delays, weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. More complex artwork or order specifications may require additional review.

Artwork and File Preparation

For a clear and accurate barrel imprint, prepare your artwork according to these recommendations:

• Preferred formats: AI, EPS, or vector PDF

• Convert all fonts to outlines.

• Design within the 0.75" H × 2.125" W imprint area.

• Use bold lines, solid shapes, and clearly readable text.

• Avoid photographs, gradients, transparency, shadows, and extremely detailed artwork unless confirmed as compatible with the selected printing option.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

• Traditional bleed is not required for the standard barrel imprint.

Submitted artwork will be reviewed within approximately 24 hours to check its dimensions, line clarity, text readability, and suitability for the selected imprint process.

Digital Proof Approval

Before production, a digital proof will be sent by email for approval. Carefully review:
