Artwork and Print-Ready File Requirements

Prepare your artwork according to the following specifications:

• Include a 0.125" bleed on all sides.

• Keep essential text, logos, and other critical design elements at least 0.5" inside the trim line.

• Prepare the file at the ordered finished size or at the correct proportion.

• Match the artwork layout to the selected horizontal or vertical orientation.

• Use CMYK color mode.

• Use a resolution of 150–300 DPI at full print size.

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. Alternatively, export the artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce its file size.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Every uploaded file is reviewed by our prepress team within 24 hours. The review checks common production details such as finished dimensions, orientation, bleed, safety margins, resolution, and layout alignment.

Before production, you will receive a digital proof by email for approval. Review the proof carefully to confirm the wording, spelling, images, colors, dimensions, orientation, layout, and other design details.

Production will begin after the artwork and digital proof are approved.

Standard production takes 2–4 business days after artwork and proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the destination and selected delivery service.
