• Convert fonts to outlines or embed them before saving.

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB.

If the file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link. You may also export the artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG to reduce its size.

Cut-Path Requirements

Custom contour artwork requires a clean vector cut path:

• Create one continuous vector path around the finished shape.

• Use a 100% Magenta spot-color stroke for the cut line.

• Keep the cut path separate from the printed artwork.

• Remove duplicate, overlapping, or unnecessary paths.

• Minimize unnecessary anchor points.

• Avoid extremely intricate contours that may affect cutting.

• Do not rasterize the cut path.

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 2–4 business days after artwork and digital proof approval, plus shipping transit time.

Production time does not include artwork revisions, proofing delays, weekends, holidays, or shipping. Complex custom contours or specialty drilling requirements may require additional review.
