Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern all services and products (collectively, "Link Printers Services") offered by Link Printers Inc. ("Link Printers," "we," "us," or "our") through our website located at https://linkprinters.com (this "Site"). In addition, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated into these Terms of Sale by this reference. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH LINK PRINTERS.

Binding Effect
BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH LINK PRINTERS, YOU AGREE, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SALE, WHICH WE MAY UPDATE FROM TIME TO TIME CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE LAW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SALE, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH US.

General
All products and services are subject to availability. Prices, products, services, materials, templates, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. You are responsible for all orders placed using your account credentials. Orders must be accepted by Link Printers, and we may decline any order at our sole discretion, even after issuing a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline printing content that includes adult material, copyrighted content, discriminatory language, FDA-regulated material, or designs related to currency. You must not use our service for illegal activities or to infringe on third-party rights. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for missed deadlines or project delays caused by late orders.

Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By submitting an order, you confirm you are legally authorized to enter into purchase agreements. Minors may only use the services under supervision of a parent or guardian.

Order Approval
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving your final proof and layout before printing. This includes spelling, grammar, images, orientation, size, and design. Link Printers is NOT responsible for errors you approved.

Overages and Shortages
Due to the nature of our production process, your final quantity may vary slightly from your order. An overage or shortage of up to 5% is considered standard. We are not liable for such variations unless the shortage exceeds 5%.

User Content
You are fully responsible for any content you upload or provide. You may not submit unlawful, obscene, threatening, libelous, or infringing material. We reserve the right to remove or reject any User Content and are not responsible for preserving your files. We advise you keep a copy of all submitted content.

Design & Logo Services
Design and logo projects must be approved before printing. Link Printers is not responsible for delays in design or printing due to customer revisions or missed deadlines. If you want to make major changes after approval, a new order may be required.

All concepts will be delivered in preview format. You have four (4) business days to request revisions. Final files are not provided unless agreed upon. By using our design services, you grant Link Printers a royalty-free, perpetual license to display the final result for promotional use.

Customer Artwork
Artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode and 300-350 DPI. We are not responsible for color shifts caused by incorrect file formats (e.g., RGB), low resolution, or unflattened designs. Additional fees may apply for files larger than 30MB.

Color Matching & Proofing
We offer proofs to help you review your designs before printing. We are not responsible for color variations due to monitor differences or CMYK conversion. Proofs will remain available for three (3) months. Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK. High Gloss UV coating and uncoated stocks may affect color appearance.

Gang Run Printing
We may combine multiple jobs into a single print run to reduce costs. Because of this, exact color and cut alignment are not guaranteed.

Payment
Orders will not be processed without full payment. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and checks (not accepted for first-time customers). Orders over $1000 may require ID verification. You authorize Link Printers to charge your card for any purchases and applicable fees.

Sales Tax
Sales tax may apply unless you provide a valid resale/tax exemption certificate. Tax-exempt orders must be approved in advance.

Proof Revisions & Fees
The first proof is free. Replacing files after the first proof may result in a reprocessing fee of up to $30 per file.

Coupons & Free Shipping
Coupons are single-use and cannot be combined. Free shipping promotions may not apply to all orders or services. Restrictions apply.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Except where stated otherwise, all sales are final. First-time customers may request a refund (up to $100 subtotal) within six (6) business days of delivery, excluding shipping costs. Approved refunds apply only to the printing cost.

To cancel an order, you must contact us before the order enters production. Once approved or in production, orders cannot be canceled. If we verify a defect in our production, we will reprint the order. You may be required to return 100% of the product at your own expense.

Order Pickup
Pickup orders must be collected within 30 days. Unclaimed orders will be discarded. A signature and order number are required.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. Link Printers is not responsible for shipping delays or errors. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit. We ship items separately as they are ready and do not combine orders. Orders will be shipped to the address you provided. Additional fees apply if re-shipping is needed due to incorrect address.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. You are responsible for all such charges. Delivery times and tracking vary by country and shipping method.

Safety Notice
Certain products (e.g., puzzles, metal signs) may pose a risk to children or may contain sharp edges. Use with caution. Our labels and stickers are not intended for food packaging or direct food contact.
