If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place any orders.
1. Eligibility to Use
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases from this Site. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Orders
All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product details including prices, descriptions, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges unless otherwise noted.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and checks (for returning customers only).

Sales tax is charged where applicable unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is provided.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping across the United States.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping fees.

6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom-printed or personalized products may not be returned unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Orders:

If there is an error caused by Link Printers (e.g., printing error, defective product), we will reprint the order at no cost.

You may be required to return 100% of the product for inspection at your own expense.
Non-Defective Returns:

Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days at the customer’s expense.
Refund Process:

Refunds apply only to the printing cost (not including design fees or shipping).

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once an order is in production or approved for printing, it cannot be canceled.

8. Proofs, Revisions, and Production

You are responsible for final proof approval.

We are not liable for spelling, grammar, or layout errors once a design has been approved.

The first proof is free; file replacement after the first proof may incur a $30 fee per file.

Color variations may occur due to screen differences or CMYK printing processes. Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK.
9. User Content & Intellectual Property
You are solely responsible for any content, artwork, or files you submit. You represent that:

You own or have the right to use such content.

It does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

It is not obscene, libelous, or illegal.
We reserve the right to reject content that violates these rules.
All content on our Site is the property of Link Printers Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Promotions, Coupons & Free Shipping

Promotional offers and coupon codes are limited-time and single-use.

Offers may not be combined.

Free shipping offers may apply only to specific products or order values.
