Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)
Free Standard Shipping
We proudly offer Free UPS Standard Shipping for all products ordered through

Shipping Time: Standard 1–6 business days.

Note: Shipping transit time begins immediately after your custom production is complete.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping is available to these locations for an additional flat fee calculated automatically at checkout:

Economy: Delivery in approximately 8 business days.

Standard: Delivery in approximately 6 business days.

Shipping time starts after the product has completed production.
Express Shipping Options
For urgent projects, expedited shipping options can be calculated and selected directly during the checkout process:

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days transit after production.

Next Day Air: 1 business day transit after production.

Please note that expedited shipping upgrades are premium services and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Free Store Pickup
Local store pickup is available free of charge at our Bronx facility during standard business hours.

You will receive an email notification the moment your order is ready for collection.

We ask that orders be picked up within 30 days of completion. Our team will make multiple attempts to contact you; however, unclaimed orders past 30 days may be recycled or discarded due to space limitations.
No International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We are actively evaluating logistics options for future military address deliveries.
Order Processing & Production Time
Production Time is entirely separate from Shipping Transit Time.

Because our products are commercial and customized, each item has a unique production turnaround time depending on the specifications and design options selected.

You will see clear, integrated estimates for both production time and final delivery dates during checkout.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping transit windows begin the moment your order leaves our fabrication facility.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping and delivery dates shown at checkout represent our standard operational timelines. While we work diligently with our carriers to hit these windows, timelines are estimates. Production and shipping durations are calculated separately to give you maximum transparency.
Tracking Your Order
We provide full tracking information for all shipments. You will receive an automated tracking link via email the moment your order is scanned out of our facility by the shipping carrier.
Failed Deliveries & Rerouting
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided during checkout, please contact us immediately. We will actively work with you to reship the order. Standard carrier re-shipping charges may apply for address corrections.
Damaged, Lost, or Defective Orders
Your total satisfaction is our priority. If your order is lost in transit, delayed significantly by the carrier, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We take responsibility for managing claims with the shipping carrier and will resolve the issue by arranging an expedited reprint, replacement, or account credit.
