Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

• Free Standard Shipping
  We offer free UPS Standard Shipping for all products ordered through https://linkprinters.com to addresses within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

  • Shipping Time: Standard 1–6 business days

  • Shipping time begins after production is complete

• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
  Shipping is available to these locations for an additional fee:

  • Economy: Delivery in approximately 8 business days

  • Standard: Delivery in approximately 6 business days

  Shipping time starts after the product is produced.

• Express Shipping Options (Paid)
  Faster delivery options are available at an additional cost:

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after production

  • Next Day Air: 1 business day after production
    Please contact us before placing your order to request express shipping. Fees apply. These options are not eligible for free shipping.

• Free Store Pickup
  In-store pickup is available free of charge during business hours.

  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of completion.

  • After 30 days, Link Printers is not responsible for unclaimed items.

• No International Shipping
  At this time, we do not ship internationally, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We are currently evaluating options for future military address deliveries.

Order Processing & Production Time

• Production Time is Separate from Shipping Time.
  Each product has a unique production time, depending on the item and customization.

  • You will see estimated production and delivery dates during checkout.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

  • Shipping time begins once your order has completed production.

Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all shipped orders once they leave our facility. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

If your package is returned to our facility due to delivery failure, please contact us. We’ll work with you to reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
