Instructions for Print Ready Files:

1. Upload Your File: If your file is print-ready, simply upload it.
2. File Check: We will review your file within 24 hours. If there are any errors, we will contact you.
3. Design Requirements: Ensure your design file includes a 0.125" bleed for cutting.
4. File Size and Formats:
   • Maximum file size: 75 MB.
   • Accepted file types: EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, PDF.
5. Large Files:
   • If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link.
   • Alternatively, export your design as a PNG or JPG to reduce file size and upload easily.
6. Design Templates:
   • We offer design templates in AI and PSD formats for all product sizes to help you design accurately.
   • To request a design size template, please contact us with your order number and product type, and we will send you the template.

Roll Labels

Custom Roll Labels are versatile and perfect for a variety of applications, from product packaging to promotional materials. At www.linkprinters.com, we offer a wide range of shapes and materials to meet your specific needs.

Finishes:

• Clear Gloss Laminate (Indoor): Shiny and protective.
• Clear Gloss Laminate (Outdoor): Durable and weather-resistant.
• Matte Finish (Indoor): Non-reflective and elegant.

Shipping Rules:

• 0.5" x 0.5" to 3" x 3": Up to 1,000 - 1 Roll; Over 1,000 - 1 Roll per 1,000 qty + additional roll for every 500 qty.
• 3.5" x 3.5" to 6" x 6.5": Up to 500 - 1 Roll; Over 500 - 1 Roll per 500 qty.

Important Notes:

• White Ink: Not available on Silver Foil BOPP, Clear BOPP, and Clear Removable Labels. White areas on your design will be printed as transparent.
• Food Contact: Roll labels are not approved for direct contact with food. Avoid applying labels to frozen materials.
• Durability: Labels are protected against moisture, abrasion, and harsh conditions. Permanent adhesives work at temperatures as low as 25°F, with a service range from -60°F to +200°F.
• Wind Position: Specify if using automated applicators to ensure correct orientation.
• Core Size: Labels are wound onto 3" cores, standard for most applications.
• File Creation: Avoid overprinting attributes in your design files to ensure accurate final results.
