At Link Printers, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of order delivery or pickup.

  • Returns are free of charge for qualifying items.

  • All returns must be requested and initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your product.

  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 15 business days after we receive your returned product.


100% Satisfaction Guarantee – First-Time Retail Customers

If you are a first-time retail customer or if you are reporting a first-time issue with your order, we offer a one-time, 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, and the subtotal is up to $100, you may return the product for a full refund.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • This policy applies even if the error was made by you, such as:

    • Uploading the wrong artwork

    • Typos or spelling mistakes in submitted files

    • Incorrect file format or color settings


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your product is defective, damaged, or non-conforming, please notify us within 30 business days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Reprint the order at no additional cost using the same delivery method, OR

  • Issue a full refund, including applicable taxes and a fair share of shipping costs (if applicable)

To qualify:

  • You may be required to return 100% of the received product within 15 calendar days at your own expense.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before it enters production by contacting us by phone or email.

  • Once an order has been approved and entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If cancellation is permitted, it may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If you fail to respond to any required approval or confirmation emails, we may cancel your order at our discretion.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping for defective or incorrect items may be required to process a refund or replacement.

  • Products returned without prior approval or outside the stated time frames may not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 15 business days once your return is received and approved.
