30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of order delivery or pickup.

Returns are free of charge for qualifying items.

All returns must be requested and initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your product.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 15 business days after we receive your returned product.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee – First-Time Retail Customers
If you are a first-time retail customer or if you are reporting a first-time issue with your order, we offer a one-time, 100% satisfaction guarantee:

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, and the subtotal is up to $100, you may return the product for a full refund.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

This policy applies even if the error was made by you, such as:

Uploading the wrong artwork

Typos or spelling mistakes in submitted files

Incorrect file format or color settings

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your product is defective, damaged, or non-conforming, please notify us within 30 business days of receiving your order.
Once verified, we will either:

Reprint the order at no additional cost using the same delivery method, OR

Issue a full refund, including applicable taxes and a fair share of shipping costs (if applicable)
To qualify:

You may be required to return 100% of the received product within 15 calendar days at your own expense.
Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it enters production by contacting us by phone or email.

Once an order has been approved and entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If cancellation is permitted, it may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you fail to respond to any required approval or confirmation emails, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
