Available material choices include .030" Matte White Plastic, .020" Gloss White Plastic, .018" Gloss White Plastic, and Laminated Tag Stock. The plastic options provide flexible construction in different thicknesses and finishes. Laminated tag stock offers a postcard-like feel with overlamination for short-term applications, but it is not waterproof.

Artwork and File Setup

Submit print-ready artwork with 0.125" bleed. Accepted formats are EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, and PDF, with a maximum upload size of 75 MB. Clearly identify the required spot colors in the submitted artwork.

Files are reviewed within 24 hours. If an issue is identified, Link Printers will contact you before production. For files larger than 75 MB, request an FTP upload link or export the artwork as a high-resolution JPG or PNG. AI and PSD templates are available by request with your order number and product type.

Supplied digital artwork may be prepared without an art-preparation charge. Extensive typesetting, reworking, or redrawing may require additional artwork services.
