• Preferred formats: AI, EPS, or vector PDF

• Keep the entire design within the 0.5" H × 1.625" W imprint area.

• Avoid photographs, gradients, transparency, drop shadows, and extremely fine details.

• Use bold lines and readable text suitable for a compact print area.

• Traditional bleed is not required because the design is printed within a defined imprint boundary.

• Maximum upload size: 75 MB

If vector artwork is unavailable, submit the highest-quality version available for evaluation. Final acceptance depends on whether the design can be reproduced clearly using the selected printing method.

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

Submitted artwork will be reviewed within 24 hours to check:

• File quality

• Imprint dimensions

• Text size and readability

• Line thickness

• One-color compatibility

• Design proportions

• Printing feasibility

Before production, a digital proof will be emailed for approval. Carefully review the logo, spelling, contact information, imprint color, size, placement, orientation, pen options, ink color, and quantity.

Production begins only after the artwork and digital proof have been approved.

Production Information

Standard production requires 3–5 business days after proof approval. Artwork preparation, requested revisions, approval time, weekends, holidays, and shipping transit are not included in the production estimate.

Orders requiring artwork corrections or additional approval may take longer. Tracking information will be provided when available after the finished order ships.

Set-Up Charge

A $20 set-up charge applies to preparing the printing equipment for your custom one-color imprint. This charge is separate from the per-unit product price.
