- Accepted file types: EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, PDF.
- Large Files:
- If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link.
- Alternatively, export your design as a PNG or JPG to reduce file size and upload easily.
- Design Templates:
- We offer design templates in AI and PSD formats for all product sizes to help you design accurately.
- To request a design size template, please contact us with your order number and product type, and we will send you the template.
